Signing of the Diversity Charter by IFET MAE

The IFET S.A. proceeded on Monday, October 6, 2025, with the official signing of the Diversity Charter, during an event held at the organization’s premises.

The Diversity Charter is an important commitment tool aimed at promoting equal opportunities and preventing discrimination in the workplace. It is based on the principles of respect for human dignity and the active promotion of inclusion, contributing to the creation of a healthy and safe working environment.

Within the framework of the Charter, the following characteristics are protected—according to European and Greek labor legislation: race, color, national origin, ancestry, religious or other beliefs, disability or chronic conditions, age, social and family status, sexual orientation, gender identity, and gender characteristics.

The Charter was presented by the President of KEAN, Mr. Stavros Milionis. Opening remarks were delivered by the CEO of IFET S.A., Ms. Eleftheria Tokatlidi, the President of the Employees’ Association, Mr. Giorgos Kakariaris, and the Chairwoman of the Board of Directors, Ms. Nadia Papakosta.

The signing of the Diversity Charter marks yet another important initiative by IFET S.A., as part of its ongoing efforts to foster a modern, fair, and inclusive working environment.
