Distribution Center

The Distribution Center of IFET S.A. aims to continuously support Public Health by managing a significant number of essential and irreplaceable medicines, prioritizing timely and safe supply to all Private and Public Entities within Greek territory.

The Distribution Center serves Hospitals, Health Centers, EOPYY Pharmacies, Private Clinics, Pharmacists’ Cooperatives, Pharmaceutical Warehouses, and Private Pharmacies, functioning as a critical hub of the national pharmaceutical supply.

The role of the Distribution Center includes coordinating and organizing all processes of receipt, application of safety feature labels, storage, and distribution.

Every stage of the process is subject to strict and documented quality controls.

The utilization of modern technologies, such as the remote temperature and humidity monitoring system, ensures that every area of the warehouse meets the required conditions, while the use of a Warehouse Management System (WMS) allows for electronic tracking of inventory and efficient organization of receipt, storage, and distribution processes.

IFET S.A. and the Distribution Center operate under a wholesale license for medicinal products for human use – (Eudra GMDP), correctly applying compliance rules according to the guidelines of good practice in the wholesale distribution of medicinal products for human use 2013/C343/0 (GDP) and in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 standard.
