Assurance
Quality Assurance is a horizontal and critical activity of IFET S.A., encompassing Pharmaceutical Quality Control, Pharmacovigilance, and Regulatory Affairs, ensuring that all pharmaceutical products and related processes comply with the current regulatory framework and quality and safety requirements, with a steadfast focus on protecting Public Health.
Regarding the activities of our facilities in Pallini, the quality system is ensured through a GMP certificate for IFET’s production and an ISO 9001:2015 certificate for the import, storage, trading, and distribution of medicines.
Main Operational Pillars:
To ensure the quality of the medicines and services we provide, we have effectively developed the following main operational pillars:
· Continuous development and training of the Scientists comprising our Directorate, regarding new developments, guidelines, and institutionalized procedures of European Pharmaceutical Legislation and international standards.
· Continuous monitoring of our processes (within the framework of proper GMP implementation) to achieve improved effectiveness.
· Maintenance and regular recalibration of our equipment to ensure optimal operational condition, as well as its upgrade to meet current quality control needs according to GMP.
· Within the framework of the quality system’s operation, regular inspections are conducted, and corrective actions are taken to comply with the requirements of Quality Systems, ensuring the final product and services provided achieve the highest standards.
